Terms and Conditions

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must define the terms of product delivery and returns, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a provision is called a distance contract (Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers).

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, conclude the following Agreement:

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Delivery and payment terms

The Buyer places an order for goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option to make payment for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures the delivery of the goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer by email upon request.

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. The Buyer bears all costs related to the return of the goods to the Seller.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or quickly consumable;

  • the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer based on a custom order;

  • the Buyer has opened the packaging of audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software.

Section 6 of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the exercise of the right of withdrawal." The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or charge a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, mishandled during use, or if the instructions were not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

Data processing

By entering the required information and placing the order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used by the Seller to process the Buyer’s order and deliver the goods in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order sent to the specified email address.
